I see the remainder of the January fixtures are now out.
After the Brighton Charity Cup on Saturday the 14th we now don't have a game until we visit St Francis on the 28th.
So we have gone to having virtually 3 games a week between August and November to 1 game every 2 weeks!!!!
Explain the logic in that!!!

The fixtures always have been a joke in the Sussex County League. A mess is only way to describe it. Lets hope we do well in the Brighton Charity Cup. Maybe with all this talk about step 5 reorganisation incidents like this will be in the past. Season long fixtures, in a league where every teams ground meets the standards etc etc.

With all the snow and ice of the last couple of weeks, and undoubtedly heavy pitches when it thaws - looks like the fixtures secretary has been sensible. Credit where credit's due. Also more cold weather forecast later this month.
