I'm going to ignore mls71 and only comment on football.
It's great to get 3 points and first win. Well done to Simon and the team. In reality I'm sure Si will see this season as an opportunity to finish mid table with a good cup run. Great to see Marc Pelling scoring, he came through the youth team. Is Michael Belli still around ?

Actually just spent some time going through some old logs. It would seem mls71 has a point, there were numerous people using the forum, but are no longer. I'm not aware of the history and have only just started to comment, I think this is a great forum for real supporters or people who just want to add their view. So, apologies misq71 I won't ignore your comments, but going by the past comments you've made I think it would be a shame if you gave up on the forum. Maybe we can just comment on football.

Pelling is a real local find - he attended Sackville school and now is a first team regular. I've said it before but if he works on his pace over 5 meters a future beckons at a higher level. Solid 3 points. Something to build on. Come on EG.

Woody,Woodman,Old Boy, or whoever you decide to be today. Still treating me as a fool and more importantly this forum. I will not post again on this forum other than to tell you how happy i am to see you succeed in turning this forum into a joke. Glad to see you are still enjoying yourself. You have not requoted my comments on the M25. Perhaps you could do so this evening. Maybe say perhaps one of the reasons people do not use the forum is because they are negotiating the M25. You seemed to find that comment amusing. Or use the word odd from one of my posts. I can now see how much fun you had. Still always pleasing to see you happy.

I must admit, I have re-read various postings and I fail to see what the problem is. I am probably missing something but can I please repectfully suggest that everyone just gets back to using the forum as intended and that mls71 continues posting.
Saturday's performance was exactky what was needed after the previous match. Well done to the lads and to Simon and Crampy.
Unfortunately both Drew Cooney and Charlie Tomsett had to come off in the first half due to injuries. We will have to wait and see how bad Drew's hamstring is and although it first appeared Charlie had broken his arm when it was stamped on after a tackle (he was the first to acknowledge that it was a pure accident), it didn't appear broken when he left the ground. Fingers crossed.

Wasp i understand that you are a busy man. I feel the embarrasment, i cannot believe someone pestered you into reading a load of inane comments. I have tried to keep the forum alive, only to someone to treat the club and forum as a joke. We played well on Saturday, bad news about Drew and Charlie. Hopefully the injuries are not as bad as first thought. A good idea to move the Bexhill game to Saturday. The crowds are getting back to their usual numbers. Still being treated with contempt by the E G Observer.

mls71 i fail to see how someone posting 'good luck to the boys this weekend, lets get a win' is in anyway spoiling the forum and making them happy??
If anyone is spoiling the forum its you constantly saying the same thing...which from a neutrals perspective is not even correct.

I have to agree with guest, I'm not sure who mls71 thinks I am, but I don't know who woody, woodman kev and baz are. As I've previously mentioned, I only want to comment on football.
