A 2-1 win for the Reserves against County Div 3 side, Haywards Heath, means EGT's run in the Sussex Intermediate Cup continues. They say when a team wins when not playing well they must be a good team. Well The reserves were not on top form but still came home with a win. Adam Woodward had a very good game in goal and Eddie Tester also had a good game. Goals came from Steve major and Kay Konteh. It was good to see Wasps old boy, Andy Turner, playing for the home team.

A good win for the Reserves. A good point for the First Team. It is good to see Andy Turner playing for Haywards Heath. He suffered a bad injury playing for us

Great win for the reserves! Everyone is playing well at the moment and 1st team and reserves both seem to have very strong squads for their repectable standards.
Its no wonder im struggling to get in the squad for the reserves and i dont see this changing anytime soon...will just have to keep working hard in training and hope i get a chance to prove myself soon.

I feel very fortunate that Miles Neville is injured at the moment, otherwise i would have to get very comfortable warming that bench with Belli.
My real name is Scott Johnston and im a melt!!!!!

Good to see the reserves winning. I do not think the fact that Miles Neville has been out injured and the fact that reserves are having a good season is a coincidence. Look a lot more solid at the back with out him there and i cant see him getting into the team as it is. His lack of pace can also be an issue at times so might be more suited to 3rd team football or a role as coach?

Twigs you cant keep posting as different people, and replying to yourself!
Makes you look mental!
Marc Pelling looked quicker than you saturday! so for you to make a comment about pace is laughable!
