The Ressies made through to the semi-final of the Suburban League Cup with an exciting victory at the GAC Stadium. Town took the lead through Michael Belli but the visitors hit back with two goals before half time. The tring attacking formation was proving difficult for the Ressies and they pressed us high up the field. The second half saw us change our tactics from our passing game from the back to a more direct approach. It certainly worked and we totally dominated the second half. Another goal for Belli and two for Marlon Clark-Ward were enough for victory. The semi final draw has not been made yet but it will one from Easbourne Borough, Sutton United or Beaconsfield/Leighton Town. Great day for the club with the first team smashing Selsey and the thirds also victorious. By the way Kitty; sausage and chips were the best ever from the new kitchen.

Tough draw in the semi but you wouldn't expect any less at this stage and we have the quality to win the game regardless.
